Holiday Inn Express & Suites

The ladies at the front desk when we checked in were wonderful! Very pleasant and accommodating. The room smelled wonderful almost like cucumber melon spray! Breakfast was very scrumptious! We will definitely return with our children!

Spent 6 nights here. Everything went smoothly. Did not use maid service but we rarely do at hotels. Very clean and comfortable. TV was outdated but worked fine.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express a couple of years ago when we visited Minnesota and had a good experience so we decided to stay here again when we came to town for a funeral. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the first morning (hotel was completely sold out) the water for the shower never got very hot at all. But every other day and night we took showers the water was plenty hot. Breakfast was decent. It could have been restocked a little better, but I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with the flow of people. Overall, this was a great hotel stay and we felt safe and it was very clean.

I travel for work and over the last two years Ive stayed at more than 100 IHG hotels, most of them Holiday Inn Expresses. This is the very first I've reviewed, because I feel people should know how unique this one is compared to all the rest. First and foremost, the service. The staff here are genuinely welcoming and warm, not in that service industry standard sort of way. They really come across as enjoying their job and the service they provide. Every interaction was personal, they recognized me and other guests and had running conversations and inside jokes. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, with a lot of small considerations available. I overheard two of the staff debating the relative merits of the condiment locations and organization to best benefit guests. The fitness room is small, but had more equipment available than what Ive found in other hotels that had twice the available space. Everything was clean and orderly, I was even shocked at how spotless the floor was during my burpees! The pool area is huge and well heated. The hottub is gigantic (largest Ive ever found in a Holday Inn) and clean. The children's splash zone looked like fun, and the zoo animal motif was wild touch. Their partnership with the nearby restaurant made my dinner choice easy. The food, drinks, and service was all similarly top notch over at Short or Tall, although the seating area is a bit cramped. It's probably better in the warmer months when they open up the outdoor seating area.

One of our favorite IHG hotels in the area. Kids love the zero entry pool. I like the restaurant next door. Only complaint is the hot tub. Temp is hot, size is great. Jets are nonexistent. Room is nice also. Had to ask for kid features to be turned on on a Saturday and the front desk guy was alone on a Saturday so getting the water features turned on took sometime. Not the guys fault.

Amazing Jim in pool. It was great for our family to be able to swim together in the area that had a walk-in zero entry kitty pool as well as a full-size pool and hot tub for the adults. The rooms were clean and very cozy. They give you six pills per bed, which is awesome. They even gave us a coupon to get a free drink at Tyler short next-door restaurant if you order an entrée I’m picky and I also like a good Jim so I was able to get a workout after the amazing breakfast all you can eat pancakes I recommended.

Hotel staff was absolutely amazing. Hotel was very clean and rooms were comfy. Mini fridge worked great and same with microwave. Breakfast smelt amazing unfortunately we couldn't stay for it. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

Great pool and hot tub area! Even a very nice kiddie pool. Rooms fine. Beds HARD. Front desk staff alright.

In my many years traveling for work, including to 5-star hotels, I had never received such outstanding service as I did at this hotel. Special kudos and recognition to their Manager, Kaiti. From the moment I presented her a situation I wanted to solve, she made me feel that my issue was important to her and the hotel. She went above and beyond and got my issue solved in record time.

First time here, for work Looks and feels like a new build hotel. Very clean and modern. Rooms feel a little larger than other HIEs I’ve stayed at recently. I’d 100% stay again. Breakfast was one of the better I’ve seen from recent HiE stays.
